Delivery Areas
We currently ship to mainland France, the European Union, and internationally.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days

Corsica and French overseas territories (DOM-TOM): 5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary during periods of high demand (sales, holiday season).
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. They are displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible at sockodrawing@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Unreceived Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. You will then have 15 days to collect your package from the indicated pickup point or post office.
After this period, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors made when entering your address.
