Article 2 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products made through our online store.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT not applicable in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall be the only price applicable to the customer.
Article 4 – Orders
Any order placed on our website constitutes a distance contract between the customer and us.
The sale will only be considered final after we have sent the customer an email confirming acceptance of the order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are indicated on our website and begin from the date the order is shipped.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

In the event of withdrawal, products must be returned in their original condition, complete with all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 8 – Warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Article 9 – Liability
We cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the products are delivered.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the import or use of the products they intend to order.

All elements of this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Marco SOARES.
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any part of the website, whether software, visual, or audio elements, even partially, without prior written permission.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
Article 12 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge in order to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute.
